As an independent public and scientific organization, the High Authority for Health (HAS) aims to develop welfare in the health, social and medico-social fields. Built upon a solid partnership with state authorities, it provides data sets to professionals, help them to optimize their workflows, increasing the benefits for users with a stronger ability to make decisions.
The HAS wanted to review its communication process and how the information is being transfered to both the public and the health professionals.
Our goal was to improve the HAS website with new data and make it more user friendly. We shared an online survey and organized several scoping workshops with clients and a dataviz co-design workshop with users. Eventually, I created a collection of screens for data visualization, manipulation, filtering and comparison.
